We have a superb reputation in the market resulting in sustained growth and we now need a good experienced Scientific Recruitment Consultant with a broad understanding of sciences such as Physics, Maths, Chemistry, Biochemistry to join our team.

We work across a variety of technical disciplines – Physicists, Materials Scientists, Chemists, Biotechnologists and Data Scientists plus Electronics Engineers, Software Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers -to name but a few.
Job Title: Scientific Recruitment Consultant / Engineering Recruitment Consultant
Salary: Realistic OTE £40-60k (Basic circa £26-32k + excellent commission package), pension, bonus and other benefits
Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire (M1/J13 commutable from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, etc)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of technical recruiters who pride themselves on quality of service and we want similar, likeminded people to join us. We would be particularly interested in someone who can help us grow even further -maybe taking on a team lead role in the not so distant future. Alternatively, if new business isn’t your thing we could also be interested in an experienced ‘Account Manager’ to help service the existing very busy client base. We can also consider part-time or even partly home-based working.
